New project: agent-mark.ru — automatic marking of foreign agents on websites
We have opened agent-mark.ru — a service that marks itself on the site about foreign agents, extremist, terrorist and undesirable organizations. He checks the registers of the Ministry of Justice, the FSB and Rosfinmonitoring every day and marks up new articles and the entire archive. It is connected with one line of code.
We have launched a new project — agent-mark.ru. This is a service for everyone who has a website: it finds references to foreign agents, extremist, terrorist and undesirable organizations in the texts and puts a status note next to it — as required by law.
Why is it necessary
The Law on Mass Media (Article 4) prohibits the dissemination of information about foreign agents without specifying their status, and about extremist and terrorist organizations — without specifying that the organization has been liquidated or its activities are prohibited. For the absence of a mark under Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code, an organization can be fined up to 50,000 rubles for each violation, an official — up to 5,000 rubles.
The difficulty is that registries are constantly changing. A person who has been entered into the register today may be mentioned in your articles from five years ago — and a mark is needed there as well. It is almost impossible to keep track of this manually on a site with hundreds and thousands of materials.
What agent-mark.ru can do
- Checks the registers every day of the Ministry of Justice, the FSB and Rosfinmonitoring. Now there are more than 26 thousand records in the database: foreign agents, undesirable, extremist and terrorist organizations, the list of Rosfinmonitoring.
- Finds mentions in any form — in all cases, by pseudonyms, former surnames, initials and abbreviations. Short names similar to ordinary words are searched only in quotation marks, and a surname without a first name is marked only if there is already a full mention of the same person on the page, so there are fewer false positives.
- Puts notes — an icon at the mention, a hover hint, and footnotes at the end of the text. You can choose another type: "(foreign agent)" right in the text. If the author has already added a label, the service does not duplicate it.
- Marks up the entire archive. A person was entered into the register — the marks appear in all articles themselves; excluded — they also disappear.
How to connect
You can log in using your email address without a password: you will receive a code by email. In the dashboard, add the site and paste the issued code on all pages, just like the Yandex.Metrica tag. The marks will appear after the page is updated. The code loads asynchronously and the site does not slow down, and the service receives only the text of the article and the page address — the text is not stored in the database.
There are free plugins for WordPress and 1C-Bitrix: they write notes directly into the HTML pages, so they are seen not only by readers, but also by search engines, RSS aggregators and checks. For other systems, as well as for Telegram channels, newsletters and archives of articles, there is an API.

There is a "check your text" form on the main page: insert an article — the service will show you which mentions you found and what the notes and footnotes will look like. Without logging in — 10 checks per month, after logging in — 30.
How much does it cost
The price is for one site per month, VAT is included, the number of pages is unlimited.
- Start — 2,499 ₽ per month. Foreign agents, widget and plugins — for a blog or a small website.
- Standard — 4,999 ₽ per month. Everything in Start, plus undesirable, extremist and terrorist organizations and a choice of how the labels look.
- Media — 8,999 ₽ per month. Everything in Standard, plus the Rosfinmonitoring list, subdomains, exclusion of namesakes, a server API and a personal manager.
API without binding to a domain is sold in packages for a month: 10,000 checks — 2 990 ₽, 50 000 — 9 990 ₽, 250 000 — 29 990 ₽. You can add a warning about the dangers of drugs to any tariff (+1,999 rubles per month). Payment for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — by card or via SBP, organizations and sole proprietors — by account. There are no automatic debits.

The service removes the routine, but does not replace the lawyer: if there are typos or unusual spelling of the name, the mention may not be found, so no one guarantees the complete absence of fines.
