About the company
datool.ru is a messenger analytics service. We collect open data from public channels and turn it into clear statistics: who is growing, what people read, who mentions whom and where ads are placed.
What we do
The first network is MAX. For every public channel you can see its subscriber count and how it changes, posts, views and reactions, the quality index and the citation index. Channels are gathered into a catalog with categories and regions, and there are ratings.
Telegram, VKontakte and Dzen are next — each network will have its own showcase with the same analytics.
Tools
Besides analytics, we are building tools for people who run channels. They are still in development:
- Information collectors — posts from selected sources and by keywords.
- Autoposting — a queue and scheduled publishing.
- AI rewriting — text processing by neural networks with your own prompt.
- MCP server — datool.ru analytics inside AI assistants.
How we handle data
We collect only what the channel owner has published for everyone. There are things we never collect:
- private messages — in any network;
- group chat messages — for a chat, only its name and counters are visible;
- comments on posts — neither the texts nor the authors.
If a post is deleted in the messenger itself, we delete it on our side too — together with its images.
